1. You LOVE Music & Dance.

2. You feel Inspired for more - To lead, share, create and express your gifts to the world. You are here :-)

3. You book your spot at The Embodied DJ Training.

4. You receive all the guidance needed to find the equipment that suites you best. 

5. You receive a free , comprehensive online program to help get your software installed, started and begin making playlists. (also for further post retreat support)

6. You arrive at the stunning retreat centre, immersed in beautiful nature, and are warmly welcomed into your group of beginner DJ's, fully supported by experienced teachers and facilitators. 

7. You dance, play, laugh and grow each day through specific morning embodiment practices.

8.  You learn how to mix tracks, understand transitions and how to start building your first set, in 2 x 2.5hr DJ classroom sessions per day. Practice, learn, collaborate, dance. Eat, Sleep, Learn, Dance repeat. Immersion is the best way to learn.

9. You choose your set time, you're nervous, but you're coached and fully supported as you plug in and PLAY live for the group. You experience the life changing thrill, chaos, and absolute bliss as you share music that is meaningful to you. You're honoured, celebrated and given feedback by all facilitators and the group. 

10. You're now ready to share your new purpose and self-expression as a DJ with the world. You remain connected with the group for support, inspiration and future collaborations around the world.

Dion SoulFire

Creator •  Lead Teacher
Dion is the visionary behind The Embodied DJ Training — a unique path for DJs who want to move people not just with sound, but with soul.

For 20 years he's truly lived in the transformational music and Ecstatic Dance scene as an international DJ, and former pro drummer. He’s lit up dance floors from Bali to Berlin, weaving deep beats with soul-stirring intention.

After guiding 150+ students into their unique DJ expression, he’s known for turning nervous beginners into confident, embodied artists who know how to move a room — not just with beats, but with presence, depth, and joy.

Carolina Zavala

Embodiment Guide • Professional Dancer

Carolina brings over 25 years of dance, movement, and embodiment experience to the SoulFire experience. As a professionally trained dancer and embodiment mentor, she weaves powerful emotional expression with body-based wisdom to help participants feel free, alive, and deeply connected. She's also Dion’s partner — in life and in rhythm — and brings a unique blend of fierce grace, playfulness, and intuitive guidance to the dance floor. (She's also the source of Dion's shazamed spicy Latin tracks)

Martina Fink

Ecstatic DJ • Tech Wizard

Martina is a graduate of the Embodied DJ Training who’s gone on to rock dance floors and build a thriving Ecstatic Dance scene in Switzerland.  A former Apple employee and holistic health coach, she’s the rare combo of heart and tech-savvy — helping participants stay grounded in their journey while navigating the tools of the trade with ease. Martina returns as an assistant and vibe-keeper, bringing warmth, wisdom, and beats you’ll feel in your bones.
